Registration Form

So my friend told me to check my email, so i go check it and turns out we got an email from the Ministry of Youth and Sport. A looooongg email with thousand question, document stuffs and all those. I'M SO THANKED GOD that i still keep the copies of my documents safely in my folder. And this is how i was working on the files, a bit confused yet still excited.
